Demine Ukraine Fundraiser – Saving Lives & Restoring Hope

Join us for a critical fundraiser and educational event to support demining efforts in Ukraine. Hosted by the Rotary Club of Parkdale-High Park-Humber in partnership with the Canadian Landmine Foundation and The HALO Trust, this event will highlight the urgent need for landmine removal and prosthetic support for survivors.

Event Highlights:

Dan had a Rotary sweat equity experience with the Rotary Club of  Gravenhurst in Cambodia. This will be part his Classification talk.

Updating the members on a Global Grant that our club was a partner with the Johannesburg New Dawn Rotary, in South Africa. It is called The Links Program. It addresses Literacy and Numeracy in primary schools in the Townships, where classrooms are  overcrowded.  The program targets children with poor Literacy and Numeracy  skills.
