Feldenkrais® offers great potential for re-establishing body-mind connection ~ a blossoming area in the field of neuroplasticity. It is an excellent system for improving movement & works gently, systematically & intelligently with your body & your brain to produce change. Come & learn about the Awareness Through Movement® process that helps to reduce tension & improve comfort. This Method does not involve stretching or strengthening but rather uses small, gentle movements combined with awareness to bring about posture & easy, effortless movement. These exercises are functional; they revive & encourage the natural movement patterns we developed as children but lost track of along the way. Remember what feeling great feels like!
