Message from our February 7, 2013 Meeting

 Just a few quick notes from yesterday's meeting:
  • The fifth-Thursday-of-the-month Shakespeare in Action dinner meeting last week at Suzanne's was a great success.  
  • Don and Carole will attend the Future Vision meeting in Oshawa this Saturday.
  • If you have a student candidate in mind for the Peace Symposium March 2, let us know.  The club will pay the $100 cost for the day.
  • John H. gave his impressions after attending the recent Membership Drive Workshop at Whistler's.
  • Danielle is hoping that we'll have the TV Auction results soon!
  • We're looking forward to the next fifth Thursday evening meeting in May.  At that one, the talk is for a euchre evening. 
  • I forget who won the draw...but the pot lives.
